Puffin Plastics does heavy gauge, custom, thermoforming. We build high quality molds and make high quality plastic parts. Puffin Plastics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Heat Exchangers NF Inc. Previously, the plastics technology was developed, in house, when heat exchanger parts were made. We have a history of making some custom parts for other companies. An internet search revealed that we were forming some types of parts better than any other company. The internet search also showed that our thermoforming equipment is the fastest and most efficient. Now Puffin Plastics sells heavy gauge thermoformers and backs them up with vertical support which includes: training in part design, mold design, mold making and thermoforming.
